The short version

I help teams move work forward across apps, integrations, and time zones—from React applications to the Salesforce and SAP systems behind customer operations.

How I can help

Keep delivery moving.

Senior engineering support for distributed teams, enterprise integrations, and application modernization.

DISTRIBUTED DELIVERY

Off-hours technical leadership

I work with offshore developers across multiple teams, align technical decisions, review work, and help unblock delivery during agreed Eastern off-hours.

  • Team coordination
  • Technical direction
  • Delivery support

ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS

Integrations that hold up

Connect Salesforce, SAP/Vistex, and internal systems with maintainable APIs and clear paths for handling failures.

  • Salesforce
  • SAP / Vistex
  • C# / .NET
  • REST / SOAP

APPLICATION MODERNIZATION

Legacy apps, rebuilt

Modernize mobile and web applications with a shared, maintainable experience that reduces duplicated platform work.

  • React
  • Progressive web apps
  • TypeScript
  • Kendo UI

Anonymized enterprise case study

One mobile app.
Not two rewrites.

The mobile application needed to keep serving iOS and Android users. The alternatives were separate native rewrites or one combined progressive web app.

I rewrote the application from scratch in React and Kendo UI as one progressive web app, replacing the two-platform rewrite path with a shared implementation.

Employer-owned application; product name and screens omitted.

A few things I’ve built

Selected work.

Enterprise platforms, integrations, and focused tools for the systems people rely on.

A bit about me

Engineer by trade.
Curious by default.

I’m Clay, a technical lead and full-stack software engineer at Georgia-Pacific. Over 13+ years, I’ve built enterprise applications for sales, pricing, customer operations, and distributor management while leading a team of five engineers.

I pair technical direction with hands-on engineering across React and TypeScript, C#/.NET, Salesforce, SAP/Vistex, and the APIs connecting customer operations.

In my current role, I work with offshore developers across multiple teams and have led interviews for engineering roles in the US and India.

Outside work, I’m married to a graphic and web designer—an everyday reminder that how software feels matters alongside how it works.

Good software is
a team sport.

Have a knotty problem?

Let’s make it
make sense.

Need a lead to coordinate across time zones, review technical decisions, contribute hands-on, or help your team get unstuck? Support can range from team coordination and technical reviews to hands-on implementation, with hours agreed case by case.
